We promise to help when you need it most. We'll call you an hour before we arrive to provide a quotation or fit our products. 

And because we stand behind the quality of our workmanship, we won't charge you extra for any accessories you need.

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. 

From the initial quotation to the final fitting, we're with you every step of the way. If you're not happy with our service, we aim to put things right within 48 hours.

Add our Flexifit service for £29 and we'll promise to fit your carpet, flooring or vinyl  within 48 hours of issuing your quotation, where we have stock available. 

We'll even give you a morning or afternoon slot for fitting - just in case you need that little extra flexibility.
